Return items must be in new condition. All skin care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product causes an allergic reaction. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. International orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not reimburse shipping.
For any returns or exchanges, you will need to send us the following items:
- The original order invoice
- The item/s being returned or exchanged
